Dalgin was a leader of a caravan that was heading to Uldum and were accompanied by Li Li a Chen after Deathwing's death. The caravan stumbled upon a group of tol'vir who took them to the city of Ramkahen. After hearing King Phaoris' sentence over Nefersets, Dalgin explained the King why they were here and left.[1]
