A veteran mercenary captain in the Stromgarde militia and hero of the Second War, Danath made a name for himself as a great leader during the final battle for the liberation of Khaz Modan. Danath now resides at New Stormwind in Azeroth and acts as a Overseer of the camps that hold the Orc captives.[1]

Notes[]

  • Danath is a hero with much higher stats than a normal Footman. He does not have any special abilities apart from this.
  • He must be recruited in the first Beyond the Dark Portal Alliance campaign mission Alleria's Journey, and is also available in the second, sixth, tenth and last mission of the campaign. His survival is a victory condition in all missions except the last. Danath also appears as an enemy in the final mission of the Horde campaign.

Trivia[]

  • He is not actually given the surname "Trollbane" in the game. His relationship with the Stromic royal family was established later.
