They're stealthy and dangerous fighters, so show no mercy.

Pick up [30-60] Smells Like Trouble and [30-60] Never Outgunned before heading out. Optionally, the wanted poster offers [30-60G3] WANTED: Yarsel'ghun as well.
While killing Forsaken Keenblades in the Windshorn Hills, look almost due east of the Eckhart Lodge to find a Cannon at [60.2, 54.6]. It starts [30-60] Bring out the Big Gun.
Keep an eye out for Taja the Tidehowler, a rare at [60.0, 45.8] high in the hills.
