Dark Arbiter is an alternative version of [Summon Gargoyle] that can be learned by speaking to Lady Alistra in Acherus: The Ebon Hold. Instead of an Ebon Gargoyle, this spell summons a Val'kyr Battlemaiden.

Notes

• Although the two spells are likely meant to have an identical combat effect, there is a slight difference: The gargoyle's attack deals Plague damage (a combination of Shadow and Nature damage), while the val'kyr's attack only deals Shadow damage.

  • Now a cosmetic effect learned from Lady Alistra (was a talent).
  • Duration increased to 30 seconds (was 20).

  • Val'kyr Strike damage reduced by 24%.
