- Buy 13x
[Black Roses] from him. - Speak with Dark Ranger Velonara and complete the dialogue with her. Afterwards, she'll take the 13x [Black Roses].
- Speak with Moorgoth again and complete his last dialogue.
- Pick up this quest from Velonara and turn it in to Moorgoth.
- Moorgoth will sell
[Dark Ranger's Hood] (and the 
[Black Rose]) after quest completion.
