The Dark Riders of Acherus can be found in the Realm of Shadows while on the quest 
[8-30] Into The Realm of Shadows. Death knights must slay a Dark Rider and take the Acherus Deathcharger from him in order to complete the quest and learn how to summon a deathcharger of their own.
After starting phase two by completing [8-30] Victory At Death's Breach!, friendly elite versions of the Dark Riders guard Death's Breach.
As a group, they are led by Salanar the Horseman.
Abilities[]
Blood Strike — Instantly strike the enemy, causing 60% weapon damage plus 55 for each disease effect on the target.- Icy Touch — Deals 2 to 2 Frost damage modified by attack power and reduces the target's ranged, melee attack, and casting speed by 15% for 20 sec.
- Plague Strike — A vicious strike that deals weapon damage and plagues the target, dealing Shadow damage over 12 sec.
- Throw — Throws your weapon, inflicting its 150% of its damage on the target.
