Darkfallen Blood Knights are Darkfallen of the San'layn found in the Crimson Hall of Icecrown Citadel. They are normally found spread out among the trash in the halls.

Siphon Essence — Immobilizes an enemy for up to 15 sec.- Soul Feast
- Unholy Strike — A brutal attack that instantly strikes the enemy, causing 150% weapon damage.

It is unknown if these mobs are intended to be former members of the Blood Knight order, considering the Lich King himself ordered Dar'Khan Drathir to kill Blood Knights and raise them as undead,[1] or if they are just another mockery to cause more rage in the hearts of possible blood elf heroes since they could also be fallen paladins or warriors from the original Northrend expedition of Illidan like their Queen.
