With a necromantic ritual nearly complete, forces of the
Alliance and Horde storm the citadel to confront Gor'groth.

Darkmaul Citadel bosses
Captain Garrick and Warlord Breka Grimaxe serve as tanks for the instance. They both fight like Protection warriors (even though Breka uses a two-handed axe), using , [Charge ] Taunt and . Against ghouls later, they both use [Shield Slam ] . They can be healed/buffed by players. [Whirlwind ]
Henry Garrick and Shuja Grimaxe serve as healers for the instance. Henry is a Holy priest and attacks with , oddly instant [Smite ] and uses [Holy Fire ] against bosses, while healing with [Shadow Word: Pain ] . Shuja is a Restoration [Flash Heal ] shaman, attacking with and occasional [Lightning Bolt ] , while using [Lava Surge ] to heal. Neither of them heal themselves or could be healed/buffed by the players, so be careful not to get them hit by boss' AoE. [Healing Surge ] Judging by the roles assigned by
Dungeon Finder, the roles for classes before they choose a specialisation is Damage except for Priest where it's Healer. This dungeon can only be run through before leaving Exile's Reach. Once the player leaves the island in , they can no longer run though Darkmaul Citadel on that character ever again. [7-10] An End to Beginnings
