Darkscreecher Akkarai is one of four descendants of Terokk's ancient enemies who are being held prisoner by the Skettis talonpriests. You learn of their existence from a tome named [Adversarial Bloodlines]. Originally, you were asked to retrieve Akkarai's Talons if you intended to summon and defeat Terokk.

Open a skull pile at one of the red summoning portals in Skettis. If you have 10 Time-Lost Scrolls, you will be presented with a list of names. Select "Darkscreecher Akkarai". The scrolls will be expended and Akkarai will appear in a flash of lightning.

Abilities[]

Blink — Teleports the caster 15 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds. Happens about every half a minute.
Curse of Mending — Curses an enemy for 3 min, giving it 33% chance to heal its target on attack. Removable curse applied to tank.
Fire Blast — Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
Flock Call — Calls hatchlings to attack the target. Summons 6x in two groups. Happens about every ten seconds.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec. Resistable.
Shadow Bolt Volley — Hurls missiles of dark magic, inflicting Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
