Darkspear Headhunters are headhunters of the Darkspear tribe. They were originally found guarding the Valley of Spirits in Orgrimmar after the city was rebuilt following the Cataclysm.

This section concerns content related to Mists of Pandaria.

When Vol'jin rebelled against Garrosh Hellscream they followed their leader and fought against the True Horde, notably in Durotar, taking over Razor Hill, the Northern Barrens and Orgrimmar itself during the Siege of Orgrimmar. During the siege, corpses of the headhunters were seen tied to posts — having been murdered by Kor'kron archers who used them for target practice. After Vol'jin became the new Warchief, they could be found patrolling the streets of the city alongside Orgrimmar Grunts.

This section concerns content related to Legion.

Prior to the Battle for the Broken Shore, many of them were seen training at the Dranosh'ar Blockade. These were presumably the same Darkspear Headhunters seen during the battle itself. They also defended Orgrimmar Rear Gate in Azshara during the Legion Invasions.

This section concerns content related to Battle for Azeroth.

They also appeared at the Dranosh'ar Blockade shortly before the Burning of Teldrassil. They were seen practicing their aim at targets as well as guarding the other recruits.

They appear in the Vision of Orgrimmar.
