Deadly Chain is a conduit for marksmanship hunters. It drops from Xav the Unfallen in the Theater of Pain and the Nine in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
