Deadly Tandem is a conduit for survival hunters. It drops from Kryxis the Voracious in the Sanguine Depths and Kel'Thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
