Dealer Vijaad is a ethereal quest giver found in Darkweaver Syth's room to the west in Sethekk Halls. Hidden from the view of the Sethekk within a barrier, he is looking to hire some help to get rare gems for a buyer: the eyes of the wind serpents inside the dungeon, in exchange for a cut of the profits.
Even if players do not notice him right away, he will walk up to them after Darkweaver Syth is killed.
