Decimating Bolt Warlock ability 40 yd range 4% of base mana 45 sec cooldown 2.5 sec cast Affliction: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing [ 138% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Shadow Bolts or [Drain Soul] by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Shadow Bolt or Drain Soul both increase as your target's health decreases. Demonology: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing [ 138% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Demonbolts by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Demonbolt both increase as your target's health decreases. Destruction: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing [ 138% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Incinerates by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Incinerate both increase as your target's health decreases.

Decimating Bolt is the warlock class ability of the Necrolord Covenant. It's available to all warlocks who join the Necrolords.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Maldraxxus portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest  [53-60] Champion the Cause and lasts until you finish the Maldraxxus storyline.

Patch changes

• Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Bonus damage from the target's missing health increased to 100% (was 60%).
