Decrepit Guardian is a ghostly ghoul that guards Musty Tomes in the city hall of the Ruins of Andorhal in the Western Plaguelands. They are summoned when a musty tome is opened that contains 
[Ruined Tome].

- Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): Decrepit Guardians in Andorhal were changed to non-elite.
