Deep Shatter is a Frost mage talent.
Patch changes[]
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Now causes Frostbolts to deal 10/25% increased damage to Frozen targets (was 20/40%). - Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Frost talent (was a level 30 PvP talent). Damage bonus is now 20/40% (was 75%).
- Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Damage bonus is now 75% (was 150%).
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 43 honor talent). No longer prevents
