The Defias Cannon is a cannon found in Deadmines positioned badly (for the Defias) toward the large Iron Clad Door.
If a rogue is not in your group, this door can be blown open by using the 
[Defias Gunpowder] with this cannon.
Patch changes[]
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): The cannon will no longer need [Defias Gunpowder] to blow open the door.
