Defias Gunpowder is black powder that is highly explosive. The powder can be loaded into cannons in order to fire them.

Defias Gunpowder can be found in the Deadmines past Gilnid. It can rarely be found on members of the Defias Brotherhood as well.
Notes
You're supposed to destroy door by plasing gunpowder here.
- When you loot the Defias Gunpowder on the floor, it will cause a Defias Taskmaster to spawn in the hallway.
- You will need to use the Gunpowder on a cannon to open a gate. You can also have a Rogue pick the lock or have an Engineer use a Seaforium Charge to blast it open. Once the gate is open, Mr. Smite will start shouting orders on the other side and 1-2 mobs will rush for you.
- However, if a Rogue lockpicks, Mr. Smite will not shout and therefore you will have an easier time there with a Rogue
