Dela Runetotem is a tauren of the Runetotem tribe, serving as the Horde Emissary representing Thunder Bluff in Silvermoon City. Along with Orgrimmar-representative Cheneta, Darkspear-representative Tatai, Undercity-representative Kristine Denny, she is being guided around the streets of Silvermoon City by local Ambassador Kelemar.
She is by far the most patient and diplomatic of the Horde emissaries.
