Deliana is a human quest giver located in the High Seat in the Great Forge in Ironforge. Behind her is the passage to Assembly of Thanes. She currently is awaiting an audience with the Council of Three Hammers (previously with the King Magni Bronzebeard). Before 4.0.3 she started the quest chain to upgrade the Dungeon 1 set into the Dungeon 2 Set.
With the death of Mokvar during the Siege of Orgrimmar, Deliana is the only living member of the Veiled Blade.
