Demonbolt is a Demonology warlock talent.
Patch changes[]
Hotfix (2023-08-24): Fixed an issue causing our recent changes to Demonbolt's damage in PvP combat to be applied incorrectly. - Hotfix (2023-08-21): Damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
- Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage increased by 20%.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 Demonology talent (was a level 14 Demonology ability).
- Hotfix (2022-04-05): Fixed an issue where Demonbolt was incorrectly generating Soul Shards against targets that are immune to damage.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 14 (was 22).
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Redesigned as a level 22 Demonology ability (was a level 100 Demonology talent): Send the fiery soul of a fallen demon at the enemy, causing (58% of Spell power) Shadowflame damage.
- Old: Draws energy from your demons and launches a ball of demonic energy at the target, dealing (125% of spell power) Chaos damage. Damage increased 10% for each demon you have active. Replaces Shadow Bolt.
