The Depleted Animus Golem is a blood golem acquired by the Sunreaver Onslaught and brought to Dawnseeker Promontory. He appears once you have reached exalted with the Sunreaver Onslaught and have accepted the 
[35R] Life Blood.
After preforming the quest it becomes Animus Golem.
