Derek's Heavy Metals is a blacksmith located in Falconhurst in Drustvar. The store was presumably owned by Derek Darkmetal who seemingly later became a Forsaken and opened a store by the same name, under the banner of the Horde, in the Defiler's Den in Arathi Basin.
