Deritetsin the Carver is a centaur spirit located in front of the Horn of Drusahl in the Ohn'ahran Plains. He is normally invisible and can only be seen while the player character is under the effect of 
[Essence of Awakening]. Gifting him a 
[Horn o' Mead] is required for 
[Honor Our Ancestors].

- After Teera and Merithra established the relationship between our people, we decided to represent that bond in a physical form. I was the finest hornsmith at the time, crafting hunting horns of all sizes and tones for each centaur.
