Deviate Scale is harvested from the mutated creatures in the Wailing Caverns. They are used in two Leatherworking recipes that can be bought from the vendor Kalldan Felmoon in the Wailing Caverns right eye socket cave and one given as a reward choice for 
[21D] Deviate Eradication by the quest giver Ebru in the same cave.

This item is found on any of the deviate creatures inside the Wailing Caverns. It drops from these creatures and can also be skinned from them. It can also rarely be fished in a School of Deviate Fish.
