Olisarra the Kind in Dalaran City wants you to return the 
[Severed Arm] to her.
Description[]
I've received word of an unfortunate accident at the Dalaran prison; a guard had his arm severed and thrown into the water by a particularly vicious inmate.
Our first aid clinic promises they can reattach the arm if we bring it back.
You fish long enough in the water outside the prison, and I'd bet my favorite fishing pole that arm will surface. Find that arm, and bring it to Olisarra the Kind here in Dalaran. She'll know what to do.

- The arm is inside a
[Bloated Slippery Eel] - Disarmed! was previously
[80 Daily] Monsterbelly Appetite and required a trek to the Frozen Sea south of Northrend. - This quest is part of the Chasing Marcia achievement.
Among other items that can be fished up during this quest, you will likely get some [Slippery Eels] and possibly a 
[Rusty Prison Key].
Patch changes[]
- Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): The " [80 Daily] Monsterbelly Appetite" daily fishing quest has changed so it now takes place outside the Violet Hold in Dalaran. The quest still requires a [Severed Arm] and has been renamed to "Disarmed!"
