Dragonmaw Grunts are orcs found in Dun Algaz in the Wetlands. The Battle of Grim Batol-era of them is seen during  [60-70 Daily] A Mislaid Egg.

Abilities

•  Dragon's Breath — Targets in a cone in front of the caster take Fire damage and are Disoriented for 1.5 sec. Any direct damaging attack will revive targets.
•  Rushing Charge — Charges the target and causes the caster to inflict additional damage on its next attack.

•  Heroic Leap — Leap through the air and slam down on all enemies within 8 yards of the target area, causing Physical damage.
•  Heroic Leap — Leap through the air and slam down on all enemies within 8 yards of the target area, causing 147% weapon damage.
•  Vicious Blow — Strikes an enemy, dealing 150% weapon damage to the target.
