Desecrated Waistguard drops off Noth The Plaguebringer and Heigan the Unclean in the Plague wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Plate Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Arcanite Bars are transmuted by Alchemists, and Cured Rugged Hides are created by Leatherworkers.
