The Dreadscar[1][2][3][4] demons inhabite Dreadscar Rift. They were under the command of Jagganoth, who lorded from the Seat of the Overlord and served Mephistroth, until the warlock adventurer defeated the pit lord with the help of Calydus during the third invasion of Azeroth. The Dreadscar pledged their troops to their new Overlord, who then rebuilt the Council of the Black Harvest, and took control of the area.
