Druids are able to enter the Emerald Dream and leave their body behind in slumber. Their spirit enters a state known as a dreamform[1] (or dream form).[2] Some druids are known to have been able to keep living within the Dream in their dreamforms, even after their material body has died.[3] During the War Against the Nightmare, the mortals of Azeroth formed the dreamform army and entered the Emerald Nightmare.
