Dreaming Whelps are green dragon whelps found in the area of Itharius's Cave in the Swamp of Sorrows.

One of their more notable drops is the  [Emerald Whelpling] small pet. They can also be skinned for Green Whelp Scales, used in Leatherworking and Enchanting.

Abilities

•  Acid Spit — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy.
•  Sleep — Puts an enemy to sleep for up to 20 sec. Any damage caused will awaken the target. Only one target can be asleep at a time.

•  [Emerald Whelpling] (very rarely)

• They drop  [Speck of Dream Dust] for  [36] Dream Dust in the Swamp.
