The Dredger Butler's Contract teaches you how to summon a Dredger Butler companion. This item is a reward from 
[60] Dredging up an Assistant, part of a questline that becomes available after the Ember Court is upgraded to rank 2.
The Dredger Butler assists with the Ember Court and can fight in pet battles. Customizations for their appearance are unlocked by finding special dyes, clothing, and other items found throughout the Shadowlands.
