Drizzlik is a goblin quest giver located in Northern Stranglethorn. You can find him at Nesingwary's Expedition, although he was once found in Booty Bay. He is supposedly the 'finest leathercrafter of the South Seas and the worlds old and new', according to himself. He is currently trying to complete an order for Excelsior-line boots from Director Riddlevox.
