This buff does not stack with 
[Blessing of Kings] or 
[Mark of the Wild]. It was added so that guilds that primarily run 10-man instances without paladins could still have a similar buff. Now that Blessing of Kings and Mark of the Wild are identical and hunters can provide 
[Embrace of the Shale Spider], chances are very slim that a group wouldn't have a paladin, druid or hunter, so this recipe is practically obsolete.
