Duke Lankral is a level 80 human quest giver affiliated with the Knights of the Ebon Blade. He appears at the Shadow Vault in Icecrown after the Knights of the Ebon Blade have taken it over. Even though it was the player that took control of the Shadow Vault, the duke claims to have done it as seen in quest where the player reads a proclamation to the Vrykul ruler of the area.
