Dun Argath is the second mission of the Horde campaign in Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness Shareware.
This is an early version of the mission Southshore as seen in the retail game. It shares similar mission objectives, but the map design and mission briefing are different: in the retail game the Horde chooses to attack the kingdom of Lordaeron through the island of Zul'Dare rather than through Khaz Modan. In the retail game the Horde does not turn towards Khaz Modan until the second act.
Mission briefing[]
With the new outpost keeping close watch over the human encampment, a Horde strike force has been able to enter the region.
A large amount of oil must be secured to construct the transports that will carry the Horde's warriors across the channel to the unsuspecting humans.
You must construct four Oil Derricks and guard them from the Alliance naval forces so that the construction of these transports can begin.
Objectives[]
Forces[]

As its name suggests, Dun Argath is located somewhere in Khaz Modan. Alternatively, it may represent an early production name for one of the "Dun" locations established in the retail release of Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, such as Dun Algaz or Dun Modr. If the latter is the case, then it would mean the area was renamed before the retail version of the game was released.
