Duyash the Cruel was an elite level 85 Eye of the Storm battlemaster located at Farstriders' Square in the blood elven capital of Silvermoon City during the Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm.
He was only available during the monthly (Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm).
