The armor has been desecrated and is undoubtedly being used for evil; however, with wartorn armor scraps, the desecrated armor can be renewed and worn for battle once more.
Bring me the remnants of the fallen along with purification materials and Earthshatter shall be yours to don.

Desecrated Headpiece drop off Thaddius in Naxxramas, Wartorn Chain Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Arcanite Bars are crafted by Alchemists, and Nexus Crystals are disenchanted from high level epics and rarely from high level rares.
