Hotfix (2023-02-01): Fixed an issue where some Echoes could occasionally not be consumed by spell casts.
Hotfix (2023-01-25): [Lifebind] and other healing effects will no longer be capped at replicating to 7 targets from Echo.
Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Casting Echo directly after [Living Flame] or [Spiritbloom] will no longer consume the Echo.
