The Echo of Nuuri is the echo of Velen's mate appearing at Kil'jaeden's Terrace in Eredath, with their son. She appears only during the world quest 
[45WQ] Bully Pulpit. When Velen prepared to flee Argus after his fellow rulers Archimonde and Kil'jaeden accepted Sargeras's bargain, he asked his friend Talgath to retrieve his family. Unfortunately for Velen, Talgath joined Kil'jaeden's side.[2] Their son would be taken in by Kil'jaeden and raised as an agent of the Burning Legion, dubbed Rakeesh, which means "butcher" in Eredun.[3] Unlike Rakeesh, Nuuri's fate after Talgath delivered them to Kil'jaeden is unknown.
