Echoing Call is a conduit for beast mastery hunters. It drops from Tred'ova in the Mists of Tirna Scithe and the Guardian of the First Ones in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
