Elana is a draenei located in the Hall of Balance in the Netherlight Temple. Elana stands at the entrance portal to the temple and will buff entering priests with a 15-minute version of 
[Body and Soul] (superseding the talent's effect).
Elana can also be found in Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore after the player has completed 
[45] Armies of Legionfall. She can only be seen by priests.
