Elder Anli is a pandaren quest giver located at the Arboretum in the Jade Forest. Elder Anli is the leader of the Order of the Cloud Serpent. She aids adventurers wishing to join their order by training them and giving them tasks on behalf of the order.

Elder Anli trained Koak, a Dragonmaw orc, in the ways of the Order of the Cloud Serpent so that he could master his own cloud serpent.[2]

Are these serpent hatchlings suitable for pet battles?
- I see we have a pet battler here in our training grounds. Cloud serpents are cut out to do almost anything, including fighting other pets! The key to finding the hatchlings is building a friendship with an adult. Once you are exalted with the order, you will find them scattered across the arboretum.
