Elder Kuruti is a Lost One located in Feralfen Village in Zangarmarsh. He is the leader of the Feralfen tribe.
During the Draenei heritage armor quest he is no longer hostile and is one of the two Lost One who can be seen speaking with other characters like Corki or Anchorite Avuun throughout the tishamaat celebration in the Exodar, being the other Kum'isha the Collector. This could indicate the end of hostilities with the Feralfen Village and the possibility of an alliance between the draenei and certain lost ones.
