Elemental Oath is a passive specialization ability for Elemental shamans, available at level 42. It increases spell haste of you and nearby allies.

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed and effect folded into 
[Grace of Air]. - Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned. Grants 5% spell haste to all party and raid members within 100 yards.
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases critical strike chance of all abilities instead of just spells.
- Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): This ability is now always on as a passive aura.
- Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Tooltip revised to indicate it does not work with critical strikes from periodic damage.
- Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): In addition to existing effects, now increases spell damage done by the Shaman by 5/10% while Elemental Focus Clearcasting is active.
