The Elite Circle was seemingly a group of the elite within Highborne. When Dath'Remar Sunstrider was rescuing Tyrande Whisperwind, several guards attacked them. Dath'Remar defeated them and shouted that "That would teach them to dare attack a Highborne of the Elite Circle."[1]
