Dropped by the pandarian champion Krol the Blade in Dread Wastes. Additionally, the Archiereus of Flame at Ordon Sanctuary on the Timeless Isle may drop it as well.

• Does not persist through death.
• Experience buff stacks with rested and heirloom experience bonuses.
