Objectives

Collect elixir crafting ingredients for Alonsus Faol.

Description

We can never be too prepared for battle. The Legion will strike at any moment, and we must be ready to deal with a multitude of injuries and afflictions.

Zabra and Yalia have provided me a list of their most potent potions and battle elixirs than can do everything from restore health to blind the enemy.

We have an exhaustive list of ingredients that we'll need in order to craft a respectable supply.

Notes

There are three repeatable quests from Alonsus Faol while on this quest:

•   [45] Starlight Rose
•   [45] Runescale Koi
•   [45] Leyblood

Each one requires 5 of the respective item in return for 5 supplies. Given that fishing is generally considered time-intensive and that  [Starlight Rose] is highly valued among alchemists,  [Leyblood] is the go-to choice for many priests.

The easiest means to obtain 100 Leyblood is to fly to Azurewing Repose in Azsuna and kill the neutral Flashwyrms that are in the nearby cave, since they have low health and are plentiful in number.
