Empowered Immolate is a Destruction warlock Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it is not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.
As a hybrid spell, [Immolate] does damage both directly and through a damage-over-time effect. Empowered Immolate doubles the direct damage portion of the spell. This effect does not have any impact on the way you should play your warlock, it is just a simple damage increase.
