Empowered Moonkin was a druid Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it was not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.

Trivia[]

During development, this perk was initially called Enhanced Frenzy, and then Enhanced Owlkin Frenzy; and the buff was called Owlkin Fury. Enhanced Frenzy's effect was: "Triggering Owlkin Frenzy also makes your next damage or healing spell cast within 10 sec instant." By the time Warlords of Draenor went live, [Owlkin Frenzy] was removed, and Empowered Moonkin triggered by itself instead.

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. Effect renamed to Owlkin Frenzy and made baseline for [Moonkin Form].
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
